Bregante + Company LLP is a dynamic, creative and rapidly expanding accounting and consulting firm with offices in San Francisco, Novato, and Pleasanton, California. We have 4 partners and 25 staff members, and have been serving closely held businesses, high net worth individuals and nonprofit organizations throughout the greater Bay Area for over 25 years. We offer the full range of compliance services (tax return preparation, financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, nonprofit financial statement audits, employee benefit plan audits, etc.) as well as business succession planning, estate planning, accounting system installation and general business consulting (real estate transactions, banking relationships, retirement planning, etc.).

Our San Francisco office is located South of Market, at the edge of the financial district, with views to the west over Moscone Center and to the south over Pacific Bell Park. Our Novato office is located in southern Novato, nestled in an oak grove right across the patio from Boca Steak Restaurant. Our Pleasanton office is located in the Hacienda Business Park, at the center of the Tri-Valley Area.
